Your subscription
- Cancel or change plan: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Nubi. Cancel at least a day before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.
- New iPhone or reinstalled: sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications
Nubi sends a morning briefing, an update before each trip and alerts when a trip's weather changes. Turn each on or off in Nubi's Settings. If none arrive, check iPhone Settings › Notifications › Nubi.
Your account
To delete your account and everything in it, open Settings in Nubi and tap Delete Account. See the Privacy Policy for what's kept.
